What does the founding rate lock mean?
Founding Pro is $700/month and Founding Titanium is $500/month for a 12-month term, subject to the signed resident agreement. Review renewal and cancellation terms before signing.
What is included in Pro?
The intended Pro offer includes priority booking, fair-use access, content support, a locker and 20% Supply commission when the line launches. Booking allowances and benefit delivery details must be confirmed in the agreement.
Can I try the facility first?
Ask about Flex: $30 per block for one 30-day trial, up to 12 blocks per trainer business. After the trial, the rate is $45 per block, with a short booking window and no standing reservations.
What do I need before access begins?
A countersigned agreement, required payment, cleared credentials and insurance, and an accepted access date. A conversation or form submission alone does not reserve a seat.
Are there other tiers?
White, Black and the standard Titanium/Pro ladder are future options. White and Black will be reviewed after 60–90 days of booking data. The founding offer is the current starting point.
Can my clients use recovery?
Planned sauna and showers are intended as included facility features for residents and their clients. They are subject to installation, insurance and operating approval; no separate recovery membership is sold.
